Kristine is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Global Real Estate Advisor representing luxury residential properties and estates on the Gold Coast of Long Island. Born and raised on the North Shore, she is intimately familiar with the region, its affluent communities, and its rich history. Before becoming one of the top producing agents in the region, Kristine worked as an Institutional Bond Salesperson for 15 years. Her tenure as a Vice President at several top-tier Investment Banks, including Nomura Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston, allowed her to work directly alongside many of Wall Street's greatest negotiators.

With a life-long love of architecture and design which began at the university level as a student of Art History, Kristine spent several years successfully developing numerous residential properties. Her in-depth knowledge of design, cost analysis, and construction management adds another layer of expertise to her resume.
